WILDLIFE ON THE WATERFRONT

Please do not feed the ducks or iguanas! Both species are not indigenous to South Florida and have become unmanageable creating issues for us that live here.

The ducks have become use to humans and will be attracted to handouts. You must not feed them. You must also adiscourage them from staying around your patio.

These large lizards that can grow over 4 feet in length.  They are native to Central and South America but have invaded South Florida.

These cold-blooded, egg-laying animals that have long tails that can be used as a defense against predators and can cause injury to people if threatened.

They bask in open areas and are often seen on sidewalks, docks, patios, decks, in trees or open mowed areas. They have different colors and patterns depending on the species. Some are bright green with bands, while others are dull.

During cold spells in South Florida, these lizards will go into a state of hibernation and have been known to fall out of trees! Please avoid them and do not try to feed them.

Because....
We are all in this together! Royale Harbour is a small community, and we are proud of our neighborhood. Having just undergone a great remodel to our roofs and siding, the new paint looks very nice.  We are looking forward to the roads being re-surfaced in the very near future. With the completion of the road project, our neighborhood will have gotten a complete update.
Thanks to the current HOA board and President, our community upgrade was accomplished with a minium inconvenience to residents.

Important News

Welcome to the new Community/COA web site for all the members of the Royale Harbour Condominium Association. Our web site will be the first stop for all the information you will need as a member.

Once you have completed the online registration and it has been administratively approved, you will have access to association documents, agendas, meeting minutes, financial reports and much more.

This site will help your HOA Board members communicate with the community and save a lot of their personal time. Registered members (owners) will have a platform to communicate with their neighbors and be informed of all that may impact our community.

We hope to have the site up and running by the Owners meeting on 15 April. As more members sign on, we will continue to open more options on the site.

As a registered owner, we welcome your feedback. We will do our best to accommodate your suggestions to improve our site.
